Orange belt / one stripe (7th Gup) to Green belt (6th Gup)

1. Forms:
Basic Form1 to 4

2. Hand Techniques: 

Low Block, Inside-outside block, High Block (with back stance)
Side punch with horse stance

3. Kick Techniques: 

Front Stretch kick, Front snap kick, Round house kick (with skip jump)

4. Target kick: 

Front snap kick - skip jump front snap kick,
Round house kick - skip jump round house kick,
Round house kick - skip jump side kick

5. One step sparring: 
Adult: A Hand 1 to 6 and A Kick 1, 2
Children: Long distance sparring technique: Nos. 1 to 5

6. Breaking: 

Adult: Step behind side kick
Children: Step behind side kick

7. Free Sparring: 
No Contact - Good control techniques

8. Oral test: ( * Adult & Children )

Adult: Sparring Rules 1 to 4
1.
   All students must wear the following safety equipment:

     
Headgear, Facemask, mouthpiece, foot guards, hand guards, chest guards and groin cups (for men).
2.
  
All sparring must have good control at all times, which means light contact to the body, no kicking below the belt, no punching and kicking to the face and head without face cage (light contact).  
If you or your partner is not wearing sparring gear, there will be NO contact during sparring
.
If your partner is injured from you, it is your responsibility.
3.
   Do not be overly aggressive.  Never attack a fallen or defenseless
student.  Always show proper courtesy to others.
For example, if a mistake is made, from the attention position you must bow and say "Sorry Sir / Ma'am."
4.   Always keep hands up in a defense position, keeping fists tight.

     
Maintain good focus and  concentration at all times.

Children: Home rules: No. 1 to 8

1.Be obedient to their parents.
2. Respect parents, family members, teacher and peers.
3. Appreciate their parents and teacher.
4. Do their homework and not rely on their parents.
5. Don’t lie and don’t say bad words.
6. Always keep themselves clean.
7. Study and train hard so they can be healthy and successful in life.
8. Sleep early and wake up early.
